What is going to be your biggest marketing challenge in 2012? Here's one thought to move you forward. Identify three top referral sources, they may be existing sources or you may need to identify new ones by title first or by names of people you already know, then you need to really work those sources throughout the year. How can you remind them of your services? How can you thank them appropriately for their referrals? How can you share referrals back to them? Think about it and make a plan. It will pay off in spades.
